fresh rosemary, minced

grated Parmesan cheese

garlic powder

onion flakes

Instructions
First, wash the potatoes and dry them. Cut them to about a 1/4" thickness.
Next, add cut potatoes into a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and combine to coat the potatoes.
Last, put coated potatoes in the air fryer on 400F for 20 minutes.

You can use a variety of potatoes- Russet, all-purpose, red potatoes or Yukon Gold.
Use any oil you like but, olive oil gives this roasted potatoes recipe a nice flavor.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
