Using a large piece of aluminum foil, lie the Hatfield® Pork Tenderloin on top of it in the middle. Drizzle the honey on the top of it. Press to close the sides. Grill for 25 minutes.
Put the pineapple slices on the grill for one minute on each side. Optional: To get grill lines, remove the foil from the Hatfield® pork tenderloin, reserve the juices, and grill it whole or cut into pieces for about two minutes.
Put 3-4 pork slices on the each bun, followed by a slice of grilled pineapple and drizzle the pork juices add 1 tbsp BBQ sauce on top of each sandwich.
Slow Cooker Instructions:
Add 1/2 cup of water to your slow cooker.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of honey on top of the Hatfield® Pork Tenderloin.
Put the Hatfield® Pork Tenderloin in a large piece of aluminum foil and put into the slow cooker on high setting for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove Hatfield® Pork Tenderloin from slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
Cut the Hatfield® Pork Tenderloin into one inch thick pieces and add to bun bottoms.
Top with a slice of pineapple and drizzle with pork juices and 1 tbsp BBQ sauce. Repeat for each sandwich.
