Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ tsp Chia Seeds
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
1 packet of Truvia Natural Sweetener
½ banana, sliced (will be added just before eating)
Instructions
Combine rolled oats, almond milk, cinnamon, Chia seeds and Truvia Natural Sweetener into a small mason jar or other container that can be closed. Stir until well combined. Store in refrigerator overnight.
When you are ready to eat the overnight oats (or 4 hrs,) warm them in the microwave for 20 seconds or so and then mix in the banana slices. You may eat them right out of the refrigerator too without warming them.
Notes
Banana Chia Overnight Oats are ready in about 4 hours if you can't wait until overnight. The oats need be soaked in the almond milk and the other ingredients for about 4 hours to absorb the almond milk and flavorings.
