whole milk

unsweetened cocoa

vanilla extract

peppermint extract
may use 1/2 tsp if you prefer
1/3
tsp
instant espresso granules
1/2
tsp
peppermint candy pieces
sugar to taste
optional

tbsp
whipped cream
optional
Instructions
In a small saucepan on high heat, add milk, cocoa, vanilla, peppermint, espresso granules. Let come to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Stir in sugar to taste, if desired.
Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and peppermint candy pieces, if desired.
