  • 2 Success® Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice bags
  • 2 cups asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 oz coconut milk (canned) shake well before opening
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced or 1/4 tsp ground (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  1. First, cook Success® Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet on med/high heat, add olive oil and heat for 30 seconds.

  3. Next, add asparagus to the skillet and cook for one minute.

  4. Then, add coconut milk, ginger, lime juice and shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp has turned orange.

  5. Last, add cooked and drained rice to the skillet. Stir until combined.
