16ozHatfield Recipe Essentials Chorizo Sausage or Hatfield Recipe Essentials Italian Sausage
1/2cup heavy cream
4ozcanned sliced mushrooms, drained
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
2tbspchopped parsley (optional)
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cook Hatfield Recipe Essentials Sausage according to package directions.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in heavy cream.
Chop sliced mushrooms on a cutting board.
Add chopped mushrooms to the egg mixture and stir.
Add egg mixture and shredded cheddar cheese to the sausage. Stir.
Spoon mixture into an oil sprayed mini muffin tin.
Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before serving and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freeze up to 3 months.
