Ingredients
  • 16 oz Hatfield Recipe Essentials Chorizo Sausage or Hatfield Recipe Essentials Italian Sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz canned sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  3. In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in heavy cream.
