Perfectly seasoned grilled chicken that is perfect to put in green salads, sandwiches or served with side dishes. See recipe notes for extra marinating time.
Cut chicken fillets in half lengthwise. Place in a large bowl along with oil, salt, lemon juice, Rosemary and garlic. Marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Grill for 10-15 min or until no longer pink in the middle.
Marinating this chicken for 3-4 hours renders the best flavor.
