  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin sauce
  • sat and pepper to taste
  • 10 Red or Green Leaf lettuce leaves or Iceberg
  1. In a large sauce pan, add sesame oil, garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and Mirin sauce. Cook for 2 min. Add ground turkey. Chop up the turkey while you stir it in. Cook covered for 15 min stirring occasionally. 

  2. Let meat cool slightly before adding to the lettuce wraps.
