Asian Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps are a healthy and delicious low-carb lunch or light dinner.
In a large sauce pan, add sesame oil, garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and Mirin sauce. Cook for 2 min. Add ground turkey. Chop up the turkey while you stir it in. Cook covered for 15 min stirring occasionally.
Let meat cool slightly before adding to the lettuce wraps.
