Ingredients

  • 4-6 thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma or good quality prosciutto
  • 2 crusty Italian bread rolls
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese cut in half
  • handful of Arugula

Easy Creamy Avocado Lime Spread in 3 Min!

  • 1 med size avocado pit removed and mashed with a fork
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • dash garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine and stir the Avocado spread ingredients until smooth.
  • Arrange the sandwich as follows: avocado sauce, mozzarella slices, tomato slices, prosciutto slices and top with arugula. Enjoy!

Notes

The avocado lime spread will discolor (get darker) after the avocado is cut. This is normal.
