The flavors of fall are in this Apple Cranberry Crisp with Dried Cranberries is buttery, made with oats, cinnamon apples and Craisins. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
First, preheat oven to 350 F.
Next, using a medium bowl, combine apples and cranberries with one 1 tsp of cinnamon
Then, in a separate medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, and nutmeg and cut the butter into the other ingredients with a pastry cutter or a fork.
Next, in an 8”x 8”x 3" square baking dish spray the bottom and sides with cooking spray then put in apple mixture. Top apple mixture with oat mixture.
Then, bake at 350F for 1 hr.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
