Next, oil spray two 24 cupcake/muffin tins.
Then, evenly pour brownie batter into each cupcake chamber about 1/2 way full.

Santa Belly Brownies decorating
First, remove any lifted brownie particles off of the top of the brownies so it doesn't mix in with the icing.
Then, spread a thick layer of red icing on top of each brownie. Scrape off the top with a spreader or knife to make it flat while at the same time following the curves of his belly. Be careful to reach the ends of the top surface without going down the sides.
Next, squeeze white icing vertically down the middle of the brownie.
Then, squeeze the white icing along the bottom of the brownie almost to a semi-circle.
Next, squeeze one line/band of black icing in a curve, as shown in picture, from one side to the next.
Then, make a yellow belt buckle by drawing a rectangle on the black band.
Use a toothpick to scrape off imperfections, cut off icing that overlaps onto the brownie sides, and flatten the black icing.

Storage:
Store brownies, covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for maximum freshness. Freeze in freezer bags up to six months.
Prep Time:
If one person decorates the brownies, it may take longer than 35 minutes depending how meticulous he/she is. Whereas, an artistic person may take fewer minutes to do the work. I suggest making this recipe with with two people if time is a concern.
