I made a delicious Vegan Pumpkin Maple Pecan Smoothie Bowl with my new Calphalon Precision Control™ 1.5 ltr. Blender. This blender has a powerful 900-watt motor and 9 speed functionality.
I made this yummy smoothie bowl recipe very quickly. The self-adjusting, speed-controlled power blades sense the smoothie’s thickness and adjusts the speed accordingly.

Vegan Pumpkin Maple Pecan Smoothie Bowl
This Vegan Pumpkin Maple Pecan Smoothie Bowl is so easy to make in the Calphalon Precision Control™ Blender. Just use the “smoothie” function and the blender will decide when it’s done.
Smoothie Bowl Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup crushed or cubed ice
Smoothie Bowl Toppings:
1/2 of a banana (peeled and sliced)
1 tbsp chopped pecans
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp caramel ice cream topping or sauce
In the Calphalon Precision Control Blender™, add unsweetened almond milk, ice, pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Turn dial to “Smoothie” setting and press Start/Pause button. Put smoothie into a bowl and top with banana slices and pecans. Top banana slices with chia seeds and drizzle with caramel sauce.

This Vegan Caramel Maple Pecan Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl is full of nutrients and a quick way to start the day off right with just a few ingredients!
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup crushed ice or cubes
- 1/2 banana peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp caramel ice cream topping
In a blender, add unsweetened almond milk, ice, pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Turn dial to "Smoothie" setting and press Start/Pause button. Put smoothie into a bowl and top with banana slices and pecans. Top banana slices with chia seeds and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Smoothie Bowl Storage:
You may store the smoothie, without toppings, in a plastic covered container (blender jar) in the refrigerator for up to one hour however, it will begin melting. Store it in the freezer for best results and add toppings after it has been room temperature for about 10 minutes.
