For years, I never cared for eggnog but, knowing that it is such a traditional Christmas drink and hearing it referred to in popular Christmas songs, one day, I decided to give it another try. I liked it!
Now, every year around Thanksgiving, I can’t walk by eggnog in the dairy section of the grocery store without picking up a quart. I try not to drink a lot of it because it is heavy on calories. Usually, I add some white rum and top it off with a sprinkle of nutmeg but, this year I decided to try something different.
How to Make Tiramisu Eggnog Cocktail
Add eggnog, Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup, coffee liquor, white rum together and stir. Sprinkle some cocoa powder (you can use ground nutmeg instead.) The full recipe is at the bottom of this post along with a pitcher recipe in the Notes section.
Kick off the season with a cocktail! This is a good drink to serve before Thanksgiving dinner, especially if you are hosting. A Cranberry Melon Vodka Tonic is also festive!
This Tiramisu Eggnog Cocktail will be well-received your Christmas Cookie Exchange or Christmas party. Your guests will love drinking an original new twist on traditional eggnog. This Tiramisu Eggnog Cocktail is easy to make ahead and serve in a pitcher along side an ice bucket for a crowd. Grandma will love it but, tell her to watch out for reindeer!
