They’re so easy you just have to make them!! They really come in handy when you’re in a pinch and need a Halloween treat for your kids to take to school or even a simple dessert for adult Halloween parties. SIMPLE is what I’m talking about!

Super Easy One-Eyed Monster Oreo Cookies
I’m not even going to go into too much detail about how to make these because you can tell just from looking at the picture above. Right?
Ingredients:
24 Mint Oreo Sandwich Cookies
24 Large candy eyeballs
Instructions:
First, take off one side of the Mint Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies.
Next, put a large or jumbo candy eyeball on the mint cream filling for each cookie. Push down slightly and it’ll stay in place.
Serve them on a cute Halloween platter and store them in a plastic container where the layers are separated by wax paper.
