This is a warm appetizer full of the flavors of Italy. The crostini is topped with a creamy goat cheese mixture, sun dried tomatoes, basil ribbons and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze. Vegetarian
You’re going to love the flavors in this crostini. Baguette bread is toasted and them spread with a creamy (and a bit garlicky goat cheese mixture) and topped with sun dried tomatoes, basil ribbons and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze! It reminds me a bit of my Bruschetta with Cream Cheese.
It’s so delicious that you could have this for a summer dinner on a hot day with some prosciutto slices, salad and wine. I just love having antipasto for dinner.
I have a big Italian family living in Italy and I have access to some great Italian recipes because I come from a family of great cooks on both my mother and father’s sides.
