Springtime White Chocolate Muddy Buddies
This recipe is very similar to Chex Muddy Buddies. The only difference is the addition of coconut oil and M&Ms plus using white chocolate chip morsels instead of chocolate morsels. This recipe is just as tasty and you still get some chocolate flavor from the M&M candies.
This Spring Muddy Buddies recipe is so easy-to-make, just like the original version.
This recipe has few ingredients and is really just about melting peanut butter, coconut oil, butter and white chocolate, stirring it in with Chex cereal and then adding powdered sugar and M&Ms. That’s it!

Springtime White Chocolate Muddy Buddies
Ingredients
- 9 cups Corn or Rice Chex Cereal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup pastel-colored M&Ms
Instructions
- In a medium size, microwave safe bowl, add white chocolate morsels, coconut oil, peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and then microwave for 30 seconds longer. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture into a large bowl and add the cereal. Stir until well coated.
- Add the powdered sugar and continue to stir until sugar is well coated. Stir in spring colored M&Ms.
- Store in 2- one gallon resealable plastic storage bags.
