Skinny Raspberry Lemonade Mojitos Recipe
This alcoholic drink is so easy-to-make!
Ingredients:
16 oz of mineral water
.1 oz of Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade packet
3 oz of white rum
20 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, sliced into round pieces
2 cups of ice cubes
Bar Needs:
You can use a shaker but, it’s not necessary. You just want to make sure you’re using 16 oz of mineral water.
Muddler with small bowl to muddle the fresh mint leaves
Skinny Raspberry Lemonade Mojitos Recipe
First, muddle the mint leaves in a small bowl.
Next, make the Crystal Light with the packet and mineral water.
Then, add the white rum to the Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade followed by the muddled mint leaves and squeeze one slice of the lime into the mixture.
Next, put the ice cubes into two glasses 12 oz glasses or bigger.
Then, add the Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade with muddled mint leave, white rum and lime juice to the glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish with a lime slice.

Skinny Raspberry Lemonade Mojitos Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz mineral water
- 1 .08 packet Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade
- 3 oz white rum
- 1/2 lime, sliced in round pieces
- 20 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- First, in a small bowl, using a muddler, muddle the fresh mint leaves until the mint juice is extracted and the leaves turn a dark color green.
- Next, in a 2-3 cup measuring cup, pour mineral water and stir in the Crystal Light packet.
- Then, add the white rum to the rum mixture.
- Next, add the muddled mint leaves to the rum and Crystal Light mixture.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime slice to the rum and Crystal Light mixture and stir.
- Fill two 12 oz glasses with ice cubes and pour the Mojito mixture into the glasses. Garnish with lime slices. Enjoy!
