  • espresso
  • 2% milk or whole milk
  • pumpkin puree
  • brown sugar
  • pumpkin pie spice or pumpkin pie spice substitute
  • vanilla extract
  • water
  • whipped cream
  • ground nutmeg (optional)

First, make the pumpkin syrup by adding the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, water, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice into a small saucepan and heat until it begins to bubble.

Meanwhile, make the caffe latte with an espresso machine or simply make the espresso using a Moka coffee maker and boiled milk.

  • 5 oz 2% milk (or whole milk)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • ground nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  • First, make the pumpkin syrup by adding the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, water, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice into a small saucepan on high heat and cook until it begins to bubble-about one-2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, make the caffe latte with an espresso machine or simply make the espresso using a Moka coffee maker and boiled milk.
  • Then, add two tbsp of the pumpkin syrup to the caffe latte and add extra white sugar to the coffee to your taste, if desired. Top with whipped cream, ground nutmeg (optional) and a few drops of pumpkin syrup!
