As I mentioned above, this pie is made with just 5 ingredients (plus water.)
First, clean and hull the strawberries. Then, cut half of the whole berries in half and the remaining half into slices (to place on the top of the pie at the end.)
Next, to a small saucepan on medium heat, add the fresh strawberries and make the strawberry sauce with a 1/4 cup sugar and water. Set aside to cool.
Then, on medium speed, mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
Next, add the cooled strawberry sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
Then, pour the mixture into a graham pie crust.
Next, top with the fresh strawberry slices.
Last, cover it with the plastic top that comes with the pie crust or aluminum foil and freeze it four hours or more.
Also, you can top it with whipped cream or Cool Whip before serving.
Let this pie sit on the counter for five minutes so the first slice is easier to cut.

Thanks Donna! Hope you enjoy it.
Sounds Delicious and easy to make..and I Love easy!!!
Hi Michelle. You may use frozen strawberries but, thaw them first and don’t add as much, if any, additional water to the saucepan as the frozen strawberries will have some moisture already. I hope this helps.
Can you use frozen strawberries?
Hi Roger. I fixed my error. The correct freezing time is 4 hours. Sorry about that and thanks for letting me know.
I’m confused!! in the description it says freeze for 2 hours. at the end of the recipe it says freeze atleast 4 hours before serving…. one or the other should be changed so both are the same
Thanks for the 5-star rating Peg. I’m glad you like it so much.
Great recipe but I add real whipped cream on top once it’s cold and I serve with real ice cream- it’s the ultimate most heavenly dessert.
