Scrumptious chocolate desserts are always on my radar and when you see how easy and tasty this No-Bake Raspberry Nutella Cheesecake Dessert is, you’ll want to save it for quick reference! I mean… What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with a creamy dessert that tastes like chocolate cheesecake and raspberries in a cute dressed up jar?
This chocolate dessert is not too sweet, not too rich and not too hard to make! It’s really easy-to-make in about 10 minutes with only a few ingredients! I’m very much into making my recipes from-scratch and you can really taste the difference!
I like to feel special on Valentine’s Day. I’m a traditional kind of girl too you know. Chocolate and beautiful flowers goes pretty far with me! I’m kind of easy to please but, my husband would say otherwise…shh don’t tell him I said that.
Guys are pretty easy though. Make him a dessert like this and he may forget you burned dinner just the day before. It happens even to seasoned cooks like myself.
Your kids will like this chocolate cheesecake dessert too. Fresh, ripe raspberries are perfectly paired with this Nutella cheesecake filling. Not only is this dessert creamy and delicious, it’s gluten-free too! I just love its simplicity!

As you can see, this Raspberry Nutella Cheesecake doesn’t have the consistency of a solid cheesecake but, it certainly has the flavor! It’s not as airy as a chocolate mouse either. It’s somewhere in between. Nonetheless, it’s a TASTY way to satisfy a chocolate fix and the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert!
How to make No-Bake Raspberry Nutella Cheesecake

Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
- 8 oz fresh raspberries
- 6- 8 oz. Mason Jars
Instructions:
- First, add 8 oz of heavy cream to a large mixing bowl and mix on high for 3-4 min. until thick. Reserve the remaining heavy cream to make whipped cream for topping.
- Next, add cream cheese to the mixing bowl and mix until blended.
- Then, add powdered sugar and Nutella to mixing bowl and mix until combined, scraping sides and bottom of bowl.
- Spoon the Nutella mixture 2/3 into your choice of serving bowls, jars, etc. Refrigerate one hour to get cold.
- Place fresh raspberries on top of Nutella.
- Then, add remaining 8 oz of heavy cream to a large mixing bowl and mix on high for 3-4 min until thick.
- Add whipped cream on top of raspberries. Serve immediately.

No-Bake Raspberry Nutella Cheesecake
Ingredients
