How to Make Low-carb Sausage & Mushroom Frittata Bites

This Keto recipe is super easy and equally tasty!
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Hatfield Recipe Essentials Chorizo Sausage (or Hatfield Recipe Essentials Italian Sausage)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cook Hatfield Recipe Essentials Sausage according to package directions.
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in heavy cream.
- Chop sliced mushrooms on a cutting board.
- Add chopped mushrooms to the egg mixture and stir.
- Add mixture and shredded cheddar cheese to the sausage. Stir.
- Spoon mixture into an oil sprayed mini muffin tin.
- Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before serving and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Storage:
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freeze up to 3 months.
