Kick up your old Tortellini Salad with this Greek Tortellini Pasta Salad recipe. It has Feta cheese, green and Kalamata olives. A great potluck pasta salad!
Who doesn’t like a good tortellini salad? Tortellini tastes so good with fresh tomatoes like in my Tomato Basil Tortellini Salad. You’ll have to take a look at that recipe too!
The first time I had Greek salad was on a small Greek isle and I loved it! Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives with one thick slice of Feta cheese on top in an oil/vinegar dressing. It was delicious!
This Greek Tortellini Pasta Salad reminds me of that salad. Just imagine the Greek salad with cheese tortellini and some grated Parmesan cheese!
It is a really flavorful and filling side dish for parties too. It’s definitely more fun than a boring old pasta salad.
I was hesitant to make this Tortellini salad with Feta and grated Parmesan cheese because I foolishly thought it might be too much cheese. Isn’t that silly? LOL… too much cheese! What was I thinking?
This pasta salad side dish has so much flavor and it’s really easy-to-make!

Greek Tortellini Pasta Salad
Making this Greek Tortellini Pasta salad is easy. While you’re cooking the cheese tortellini, you can prep the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions. Then, slice the green olives and Kalamata olives and mix it all together with the tortellini and salad dressing.
I used a Cesar Dressing but, you can use any good quality olive oil and vinegar dressing. I use bottled dressing instead of oil and vinegar because I’ve found that the pasta absorbs the oil if I don’t use a bottled dressing.
This Greek Tortellini Salad has little prep time and a whole lot of flavor. It’s just what your next party needs because it’s more interesting than boring old pasta salad that everyone wants to bring because it’s so easy…blah blah blah.
Be the one that brings something everyone will love and the only serving bowl that’s empty at the buffet table!
It makes a good potluck dish too. Bring something easy-to-make but, exciting!
This salad is also great serve at parties alongside a mayonnaise salad like Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad or Dill Red Skin Potato Salad. Plus, it goes really well with the fresh flavors of Flavorful Grilled Lemon Rosemary Chicken!
Speaking of Greek Food…
If you love Greek food, I’m thinking you may like Greek hamburgers with Feta and Green Olives. Am I right? You’ve got to try them.
You can make them in an air fryer or on the grill. They come out really juicy in the air fryer. If you think they’d be dry from all of that air blowing around, they do not come out dry.
