Ingredients:
- 15 mini Phyllo Shells
- 1-2 oz of Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cut Brie cheese into 3/4 inch square pieces and put into mini Phyllo shells.
- 2-3 pieces of chopped pecans to next to each cheese filled mini Phyllo shell.

Note: It may be easier for you to fill the mini Phyllo shells with cranberry sauce after you’ve removed the cooled shells from the mini muffin tin. You don’t have to use a mini muffin tin but, I found it helpful to keep them from sliding off of a baking sheet.

- Use Fontina or cheese instead of Brie cheese.
- Use slivered or sliced almonds instead of pecan pieces.
