BBQ pork sliders are popular but, being all Italian, I’m partial to Italian pulled pork. The tender pork flavored with olive oil, rosemary and garlic with melted provolone and tangy cherry peppers is just a GOOD pulled pork sandwich!

Plus, BBQ pork sliders have a lot more sugar than this pulled pork recipe with the sauce and coleslaw.

This recipe is a perfect way to use up leftover pulled pork from my Slow Cooker Italian Pulled Pork recipe, which is very similar. The slow cooking renders a tender, moist pork that melts in your mouth thereby making the best pulled pork sliders.

The addition of cherry peppers and provolone cheese gives them the perfect balance of heat and creaminess. Serve them on soft slider rolls for a meal that’s easy to make and impossible to resist.

Fresh rosemary and garlic infuse deep Italian flavors in this slow cooker Italian pulled pork recipe while the cherry peppers add a mild (or hot if you choose), tangy kick and a pop of color.

The provolone cheese melts beautifully for a creamy finish. This pulled pork siders easy recipe is perfect for parties, family dinners, or game-day snacks.

You can find most of the ingredients to make this recipe at your local grocery stores. If you can’t find the cherry peppers, you can use any kind of jarred peppers you like. Use your favorite slider buns like Hawaiian buns for a hint of sweetness or mini brioche buns work well too.
