Grilled shrimp is one of my favorites! I not only like the taste, it’s also low carb, low cal and high in protein! Being that I’m on a Caesar Salad kick right now, I decided I had to join these two harmonious flavors in a sandwich wrap!

It’s a light sandwich that’s perfect for hot summer days or a quick lunch at home. It’s made with only a few ingredients and comes together in a snap. If you’re in a rush, use store-bought steamed shrimp. It’ll taste just as good and I’ve done it myself!

Also, it’s a great sandwich to pack for the beach or a picnic in the park because it comes together quickly.

Grilled shrimp makes this sandwich extra delicious. This is basically the sandwich version of a Shrimp Caesar Salad.

It’s a great way to use up leftover flour tortillas from taco dinners, which I make often in our household.

What size shrimp can I use?

You can use any size shrimp you like for this recipe but, I used large shrimp because that’s what I had on hand. However, if you’re using jumbo shrimp, you may want to cut them in half after you cook them so they fit in the tortilla wrap easier.

Can I use store bought cooked shrimp?

Absolutely! It won’t be grilled but, it will still taste good in this wrap. Plus, it’s much faster to make.

I’ve made this shrimp Caesar Wrap using cooked shrimp from I bought at Costco and it came together in a snap which is great for when you’re short on time or have leftover shrimp from the night before.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refriferator for a day or so. The dressing will make the tortillas soggy so if you’re making these ahead of time, keep that in mind. If you make them a few hours before eating, they’ll be fine.

This easy recipe makes one sandwich but you can adjust the servings in the recipe card to make for a tasty picnic meal or sandwich platters for parties.
