This spread is very simple to make. Just cut and remove the pit and skin from a soft, ripe avocado. Mash it with a fork and add mayonnaise, fresh lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I used Hellmann’s Low Fat Mayonnaise. It’s my favorite mayo but, use Miracle Whip instead if you like.

- 1 med or large size avocado, pit removed and mashed with a fork
- 4 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- dash garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
