Easy Creamy Avocado Lime Spread in 3 Min!
I once detested guacamole and now love it! You can’t blame me though. It looks gross until you know it tastes good. But, I’m so glad I got past the ugliness and tried it.
Avocados aren’t just healthy because they’re green either. Avocados have a lot of dietary fiber, which keeps your tummy feel full longer. They also have monounsaturated fat which, is the good fat. I still try to limit my avocado intake because I could eat a whole avocado if I don’t keep track.
This Easy Creamy Avocado Lime Spread in 3 Min! tastes fantastic on a Prosciutto, Tomato, Cheese and Arugula Sandwich with Avocado Spread. You will feel as though you’ve stepped into a Euro Cafe in California eating this delicious sandwich.

How to Make Easy Avocado Creamy Lime Spread in 3 Min!
This spread is very simple to make especially, if using a nifty OXO Avocado 3 in 1 tool! It effectively splits, pits and slices the avocado safely. I love using it!
Just cut and remove the pit and skin from a soft, ripe avocado. Mash it with a fork and add mayonnaise, fresh lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I used Hellmann’s Low Fat Mayonnaise. It’s my favorite mayo but, use Miracle Whip instead if you like.

Thanks Petra! You have so many great recipes. I’m glad to have made your blog acquaintance. 🙂
It was the spread for my upcoming Euro sandwich….stay tuned.
I would eat bread with green beans and tomato salad anyway so it came as a natural idea.
Great to hear from you Jody! Hope you like this avocado spread.
I always enjoyed the taste and health benefits of an avocado. When im not spreading it on a sandwich, as you mentioned takes good to great, i will take slices and cook in my egg beaters at breakfast as well, add to my salads.
I feel that “leftover” recipes are always the best. You are forced to invent something and voila, something simple and easy was created. Thanks for this one.
Thank you for bringing this to FF. I love avocados in any form, even half of one with a spoon of soy sauce in the cavity. It’s a great flavor combination.
I love avocado and as you said, the goodness! This is a super quick and great recipe 🙂
