This Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi recipe has a sauce that is so perfect for gnocchi. The garlic and Parmesan flavor is just amazing! It’s vegetarian and made with only six ingredients!

There’s something about the creamy sauce that makes gnocchi even more comforting. You may think you stepped out of a good Italian restaurant. Although it’s different than my yummy Gnocchi Carbonara, it’s great for those who love the heartiness of mushrooms and want a vegetarian meal. Meat is quite expensive these days.

This mushroom gnocchi recipe is made with only 6 ingredients in about 15 minutes! It’s a yummy and quick weeknight dinner! It will make any vegetarian sing your praises. When you see how easy it is to make this meal, you’ll want to make it over and over and share it with your friends!

How to Make Creamy Garlic Mushroom Gnocchi

This Gnocchi sauce is super easy-to-make in 3 easy steps! This recipe can be easily halved for two people.

Ingredients

- frozen gnocchi
- heavy cream
- garlic cloves, minced
- grated Parmesan Cheese
- fresh mushrooms, sliced
- butter
- salt & pepper
Instructions
-
- First, cook frozen Gnocchi according to package directions and drain.
- Meanwhile, add butter to a medium saucepan with minced garlic and mushrooms. Cook for about 10 minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Then, add cream and grated Parmesan cheese to a small sauce pan on med/high heat. Stir and cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir together mushrooms, drained Gnocchi and cream.

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Gnocchi
Ingredients
- 28 oz frozen gnocchi
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
