Caramel Rum Chata Baileys Coffee Slush
I still love drinking coffee in the summer but, it warms me up and that’s not what I want in the summer when it’s 90 degrees in the shade! This coffee slush is the perfect drink to cool you down and perk you up!
All you need to make this delicious frosty Caramel Rum Chata Baileys Coffee Slush is:
1 oz Rum Chata liquor
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream liquor
4 tbsp whipped cream
1 tbsp ice cream caramel sauce
1 cup ice cubes
First, put all of the ingredients, except for the whipped cream, in the blender. Then blend it on high for a couple minutes. Then, add the whipped cream. Last, drizzle a little bit of caramel sauce on top. Get the recipe card below.

Of course you could use your own coffee and some cream in place of the Frappuccino. Just make sure the coffee is very cold and strong.
This drink tastes great with just Rum Chata or just Baileys but, I the combination of both flavors is nice.

Caramel Rum Chata Baileys Coffee Slush
Ingredients
- 4 oz Starbuck's Frappuccino coffee drink or cold strong coffee with cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 oz Rum Chata liquor
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream liquor
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce plus more for drizzling (such as ice cream topping)
- 4 tbsp whipped cream
Instructions
- In a blender, add coffee, ice cubes, Rum Chata, Baileys Irish Cream and 1 tbsp of caramel sauce. Blend for 1-2 minutes on high. Pour into a glass and put whipped cream on top. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Hi Jeff. I’m trying to remove the “k” so it just reads “cal” as that can be confusing. I’m glad you liked the recipe! This is one of my higher calorie cocktails but, yummy for sure.
It’s not 415 kcal, kcal is = 1000 calories so you’re gonna tell me there’s 415,000 calories in this drink? Lol
