What is Baileys Irish Cream?
It’s an liqueur flavored with cream, cocoa and Irish whiskey that was invented only as far back as the 1970s. It tastes wonderful with coffee but can be sipped over ice or put into vanilla ice cream for a boozy dessert.

Caramel Iced Coffee with Baileys
It’s super easy to make even if you don’t have the iced coffee setting on your coffee maker. You can just brew a hot cup of coffee and let it cool before making this drink.
Can I put Baileys in my iced coffee?
Of course you can! It’s delicious! Use one to two ounces per 8 oz of coffee.
What is Baileys Iced Coffee?
It’s simply cold coffee with Baileys Irish Cream liqueur. Some recipes include vanilla ice cream and milk too. I’ve added caramel syrup in my recipe to make it extra special.

Caramel Iced Coffee with Baileys
Ingredients
- 8 oz cold coffee
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 1 tsp caramel syrup (for coffee) add more if you want it sweeter
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions
- First, in a 16 oz glass, add ice cubes.
- Then, add coffee, Baileys and caramel syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Next, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
