Blueberry Pecan Overnight Oats
1/2 cup instant rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients together in a container, seal and store in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.

You can eat them either way! Try them right out of the refrigerator. If you think they’d taste better warm, heat them in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to take the chill off.
