We just love waffles in our house! From one of our family favorites, PA Dutch Chicken and Waffles, to our son who loves his Eggo waffles with chocolate hazelnut spread and our other son who loves them with plain maple syrup.
We just can’t get enough waffles! Now I found a new great way to eat waffles. This Belgian Waffle Yogurt and Fruit Parfait is a yummy, better breakfast that is filling and full of goodness!

Belgian Waffle Yogurt and Fruit Parfait
I made this delicious Belgian Waffle Yogurt and Fruit Parfait using Kellogg’s® Eggo Thick & Fluffy Original Waffles with Madagascar Vanilla! It’s a yummy combination of flavors you’d expect from a parfait but, even better!
The Eggo Thick & Fluffy Original Waffle takes the parfait it to a new dimension and makes this breakfast more wholesome!

Ingredients
- 1 Kellogg’s® Eggo Thick & Fluffy Original Belgian Style Waffle
- 1/3 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp granola
- 1/8 tsp chia seeds
- 1 large strawberry
- 10 blueberries
- 2 slices of kiwi
Instructions
- First, I toasted my Eggo Thick & Fluffy Original Belgian Style Waffle.
- Then, I spread Greek vanilla yogurt on it.
- Next, I sprinkled some chia seeds on top of the yogurt.
4. Then, I put some granola on top of the yogurt and chia seeds.
5. Next, I cut up a strawberry and kiwi and placed them on top of the granola along with some fresh blueberries.
Viola! Doesn’t it look amazing? It’s ready to go in a hungry belly for a better breakfast! It’s so filling and wholesome.

Belgian Waffle Yogurt and Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 Eggo Thick & Fluffy Belgian Waffle
- 1/3 cup Greek Vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp granola
- 1 large strawberry
- 2 slices kiwi
- 10 blueberries
- 1/8 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Toast Eggo Thick & Fluffy waffle according to package directions. Meanwhile, wash strawberry and blueberries. Hull strawberry and dice it. Remove peel from kiwi and cut two slices. Cut one slice of kiwi into four pieces and leave the other whole.
- Lie toasted Eggo Thick & Fluffy waffle onto a plate. Spread yogurt upon it. Then, sprinkle chia seeds and granola on top.
- Last, top with strawberries, blueberries and four pieces of kiwi. Put the whole slice of kiwi in the middle standing up straight.
