Banana Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp Chia Seeds
1 packet of Truvia Natural Sweetener
½ banana, sliced (will be added just before eating)
Instructions:
- Combine rolled oats, almond milk, cinnamon, Chia seeds and Truvia Natural Sweetener into a small mason jar or other container that can be closed. Stir until well combined. Store in refrigerator overnight.
- When you are ready to eat the overnight oats, warm them in the microwave for 20 seconds or so and then mix in the banana slices. You may eat them right out of the refrigerator too without warming them.
