Baileys Iced Coffee Recipe
This cold coffee cocktail is great for an afternoon cool down on a hot day or after-dinner drink. It’s a wonderful brunch cocktail too. Serve it at a dinner party or around the holidays as well.
It truly is delicious especially for lovers of Baileys Irish Cream. Nonetheless, I’m sure you’re going to love this coffee drink as the caramel adds just the right mix of flavor. You can make it sweeter if you like by adding more caramel syrup.
What is Baileys Irish Cream?
It’s a liqueur flavored with cream, cocoa and Irish whiskey that was invented only as far back as the 1970s. It’s a creamy liqueur that compliments coffee well, but can be sipped over ice or put into vanilla ice cream for dessert.
We keep a bottle of Baileys on hand because it’s so great with coffee. I make my Irish Cappuccino and yummy dark chocolate truffles with it too.
Caramel Iced Coffee with Baileys
It’s super easy to make even if you don’t have the iced coffee setting on your coffee maker. You can just brew a hot coffee and let it cool before making this drink.
Can I put Baileys in my iced coffee?
Of course you can! It’s delicious! Use one to two ounces per 8 oz of coffee.
What is Baileys Iced Coffee?
It’s simply cold coffee with Baileys Original Irish Cream delicious liqueur. Use what type of coffee you want- regular coffee or decaf. Some recipes include vanilla ice cream and milk too. I’ve added caramel syrup in my recipe to make it extra special.

- chilled coffee or cold brew coffee
- caramel syrup
- caramel sauce
- regular ice cubes or coffee ice cubes
- whipped sweet cream
The caramel sauce is great for ice cream, so it’s not a single use product. It’s a great addition to this drink recipe.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cold coffee
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 1 tsp caramel syrup (for coffee) (add more if you want it sweeter)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions
- First, in a 16 oz glass, add ice cubes.
- Then, add coffee, Baileys and caramel syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Next, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
