Avocado Tzatziki Cucumber Appetizer
Avocado Tzatziki Cucumber Appetizer is something I came up with on a whim one day when I was making lunch for myself. Which, also happens to be the same way I came up with Easy Creamy Avocado Lime Spread in 3 Min! to put on my Prosciutto, Tomato, Cheese and Arugual Sandwich.
Avocado seemed like a great mix in for Tzatziki sauce, which already has good garlic, cucumber and dill flavors in it. The blend of avocado and Tzatziki sauce is so good! Adding a bit of light cream cheese gives it a little more yum too! It may even show up on shelves at the grocery store some day. I hope I get credit for it.
