Avocado & Greens Banana Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale leaves
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana, no peel
- 4 avocado slices
- 1 tsp flax seeds
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for one minute.
