Turkey Tenderloin Air Fryer
What are turkey tenderloins?
Turkey tenderloins are the boneless skinless turkey breasts. They’re one of the most tender parts of the turkey, hence it’s why they’re called tenderloins. It’s a lean protein.
Wait until you see how easy it is to make!
Here’s a quick summary but, the nutrition facts (which are estimates) and full, printable recipe is in the recipe card at the bottom of this post:
First, brush olive oil on the skinless turkey tenderloins (NOTE: You may only have one tenderloin that weighs about the same and it will need to cook a few minutes longer.)
Next, measure out the seasonings.
Then, add the seasonings to a small bowl and stir together.
Next, sprinkle the seasoning mixture on both sides of the turkey tenderloins.
Then, add them to your air fryer basket or air fryer tray and cook them on 380F for 30 minutes of cooking time.
Cut into the thickest part to ensure the juice runs clear and not pink. Let the meat sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing. It’s always best to let meat rest before slicing.
Look how juicy it is! It also smells so good.
It’s a great alternative to chicken breast especially when you just want something different. It’s low in fat and calories so there’s no guilt.
This tender meat recipe is great for a weeknight dinner, Sunday family dinner or a small Thanksgiving gathering. It’s a great way to make extra white meat dish for a holiday meal.
