This meatloaf recipe is MOIST and delicious. It’s a family favorite in our house and a staple for a meat and potatoes dinner.
Make meatloaf right in your air fryer much faster than in your conventional oven. This recipe is absolutely delicious and easy-to-make. I’ve used it as a template to create my BBQ Meatloaf which, is equally delicious!
This recipe has canned diced tomatoes in it that give it a lot of flavor. Also, it has rolled oats in it which makes it MOIST! Who wants a dry meatloaf.

Ingredients
- 1 .75 lb ground beef, 85% lean
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 14 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Meatloaf Sauce Topping Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground mustard
First, combine the meatloaf ingredients (not the sauce topping) in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to combine the ingredients.
Yep, you’re going to get dirty here but, this is the best way to mix the ingredients.
Then, form the meat into an oblong loaf and place it in your air fryer.
Next, set the air fryer to 375F and the timer to 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the meatloaf sauce topping. In a small bowl, add the ketchup, brown sugar and ground mustard. Stir until well combined and set aside until ready to use.
Then, when the meatloaf has baked for 35 minutes, spoon the sauce topping on top of the meatloaf and bake for 7 more minutes.
Let the meatloaf sit about five minutes before cutting into it.
Doesn’t it look amazing? It’s so, so good! Serve it with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes or Air Fryer Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes.
This is the best meatloaf I’ve ever had. It’s a Paula Deen recipe that I make over and over. You’re family will love it!
