I had a new found liking to Feta cheese when I visited Greece. I still remember eating Greek salad every day with a full slab of Feta cheese on top! Learning about Greek cooking was great. It’s such a beautiful country and dynamic culture! I feel so lucky to have family in Italy and that I have the opportunity to visit nearby places on my trips to Italy!
Air Fryer Cooking
Using an Air Fryer is great because you can make so many foods you’d normally fry in it with hardly any oil and it still comes out crunchy! Hence, you can save so many calories and still have great tasting food.
Plus, having Air Fryer is on hand is great when you run out of propane for your gas grill. Ahem… Yes, that happened to me. I know it happens to everyone. It’s really bad when you run out and are hosting a party. I can fit about 8 hamburgers in my Air Fryer because mine has trays. It’s really handy!
I don’t even have to tell you how crispy the French Fries are. O.k. I’ll tell you. They come out so golden and with crispy edges. I just coat them in some oil and salt before I put them in the rotating basket. They taste so good that you may not even notice they weren’t deep fried.
