Air Fryer Carrots
Air fried carrots are marvelous! What’s great about cooking carrots is if they’re a little undercooked, they’re still tasty and edible! Beginner cooks take note.
Plus, Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Carrots make a great Thanksgiving side dish. They don’t take up oven space and you can prep them the night before.
This recipe is super easy-to-make with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
The “hardest” part about making this recipe is peeling the carrots. After that, just chop the fresh rosemary and toss it with the peeled carrots, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Then, put them in a single layer in your air fryer and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
You’ll have to cook them longer if you cut the carrots lengthwise thicker than 1/4 of a medium-sized carrot.

Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste

- First, peel carrots and quarter them lengthwise.
- Then, add carrots to a mixing bowl.
- Next, add the oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Then, stir together to coat the carrots.
- Next, add the carrots in a single layer to the air fryer.
- Then, set the air fryer to 400 and set timer for 20 minutes.
