Brussel sprouts are a vegetable that are a great change from broccoli and green beans which I make a little too often. Plus, they’re good for you.
The flavoring in this recipe is so good. The olive oil, crispy bacon and parmesan cheese make it so delicious!
It makes a great Thanksgiving side dish too because you can make it in your air fryer and not use oven space.
Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts with Bacon
This recipe is super easy-to-make. Here’s a quick summary but, the full, printable recipe is at the bottom:
First, rinse the brussel sprouts and put them in a large mixing bowl.
Then, cut the bacon into two inch pieces.
Then, add the brussel sprouts into a large mixing bowl and then add olive oil, bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir together. Cook in air fryer on 375F for just 15 minutes!
Last, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese into the cooked brussel sprouts and stir. Yummy!

- Air Fryer conventional oven can be used too
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh Brussel sprouts
- 1 tbsp extra olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 4 oz bacon slices or 4 strips
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- First, rinse the brussel sprouts and put them in a large mixing bowl.
- Next, cut the bacon slices into 2 inch long pieces.
- Then, add oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to brussel sprouts and stir.
- Next, add bacon and stir.
- Then, add mixture to air fryer and cook on 375F for 15 minutes.
